Muriel says of Loch Etive- ' It was painted in oils on canvas and is sized 21" x 15".   I holidayed near Loch Etive a few years ago and I have tried to capture some of its peace and tranquility in this painting.   It is one of a new series of paintings called "Highland Magic" which I use to take you on a visual tour of some of my favourite places in Scotland.'

Further exhibitions of Muriel's work this year include David Livingstone Centre, Blantyre in September (date to be confirmed);  Rutherglen Library November/December (date to be confirmed). Details will be posted on clydevalley.net as they become available. .
