Canopy 2 shows the detail of a wall-hanging measuring roughly 6 feet x 4 feet. This piece is inspired by walking through a wood and experiencing the multitude of textures looking through leaves, on bark and in the various grasses and plant life. It is made from felted wool with other materials such as silk and cotton trapped in the fibres.
