Hi there from Don and me.

In our showcase this month we feature a Beatles song as interpreted by the Carluke Primrose Flute Band, a short story by John Hinge who is a member of Biggar Writers' Group, a poem by Jan Train, a member of Lanark Writers' Circle, a hand-made cushion made by Marilyn Caddell, an oil painting by Veronica Liddell and a photograph by Miren Hayek. Thanks to those contributors this month and to all of those who have already sent in works for future showcases. Please keep the contributions coming.

Our events pages are accurate, as far as we know, to the end of the month, and we will extend them beyond June during the next few days. At this time of year, meetings of groups tend to come to an end temporarily, so please don't forget to let us know when your group takes a Summer break and when it will resume so that we can keep up-to-date. Also this is the time for end-of-season exhibitions, shows or concerts, so do please let us pass on your information to others. Remember too to let us know if your group contact information changes if you have an AGM.
