Fiona writes, ' The first image is looking down on the basket from the top. The second one shows the basket from the underneath. I have been making baskets for six years and belong to the Upperward Basketmakers group. We are a small group of makers who meet regularly at Abington Village Hall. Basketry is one of many crafts that I enjoy, including spinning, weaving and dyeing. The basket shown was made for the Royal Highland Show handcrafts competition this year (2006) and won first prize in this class. .'
